Wir kamen pünktlich an und die Fahrzeuge waren in Ordnung. Die Organisation war im Verlgeich zu anderen Busreisen aber schlechter. Wir mussten selbst das Unternehmen wegen Pickup und Dropoff kontaktieren. Hierbei musste ich zwei verschiedene Nummern anschreiben, da eine plötzlich nicht mehr geantwortet hat. Wir mussten mehrmals das Fahrzeug wechseln (was vorher nicht klar war) und die Fahrer waren sehr hektisch. Alles in allem hat es aber funktioniert

The first van arrived 30 minutes in advance. The driver was driving very aggressively and drop us after 1 hour or so in a mini mart in the middle of nowhere without telling us any information. The lady at the mini mart told us to wait. 15 minutes later a bus pick us up. The second driver is as aggressive as the first. We arrived fast but we didn’t feel safe.
Everything was very good, except the arrival time did not match with Ehe proposed time due to an always heavy traffic. This needs adjustment.
The driver was very punctual in the morning.
Very timely driver. And was kind too. What I really didn’t like was he was on phone with speakerphone the entire ride. I didn’t like how whomever was in line heard everything me and my children said. Unprofessional.
Got me there on time but really disorganised and no communication. I booked for 11am pick up which was then changed to 10:15am with 30mins notice and was transferred across 3 different vehicles.
Transfer from Tam Coc to Hanoi airport. Final result was good since we reached the airport alive and on time. Communication via WhatsApp was OK. Nevertheless, there was no mention that we would have to change 3 separate vehicles (mini vans and cars).
Second, the drivers in Hanoi (in the last change) were at a loss with how to distribute passengers to cars and even dropped our bags down.
Third, our final driver was driving recklessly, too fast and without respecting any rules (even for Hanoi standards!). He would not respond after us using Translate to explain and had to message central office.
