I paid for a Deluxe trip, but apparently the coach was in repair and we got a substandard coach with hard beds, we had to pay for coffee and tea and the attendant didn’t communicate this well.
Also, we asked if the trip could be booked earlier, and I received an answer after more than two days when we were already at the station platform.
Cabins were good, and Grouptour did well to show us the right bus and gave us some presents for our travel.
However people were laying on the floor between the cabins, blocking the toilet.
There were lots of stops to unload goods, not passengers.

Train itself was good, but I would seriously consider booking a 4 berth if there is only two of you. The mother/daughter we shared with were lovely but the mum snored the entire time. Great to engage with the local children who want to improve their English at the train station prior to departure.
Wir sind plötzlich irgendwo gehalten und die Busfahrt war vorbei. Niemand konnte Englisch von den Fahrern und deren Assistenten. Zum Glück konnte eine Passagierin, die Englisch und vietnamesisch sprach uns helfen. Der Assistent des Fahrers war sehr unfreundlich. Mein Rucksack wurde einfach in den Dreck geworfen und er hat mich am Arm gepackt, weil ich mich anscheinend an die falsche Stelle gestellt habe, da ich offensichtlich kein vietnamesisch spreche.
Die Busfahrt war an sich okay, relativ schnell und die Ausstattung war okay, aber diese Aktion am Ende war eine Frechheit.
Es ist ziemlich laut und wackelig. Die Betten sind steinhart. Wie mussten dem Zugbegleiter 500.000 geben, damit er uns keine weitern Gäste ins Abteil einteilte. Eine Quittung für die 500.000 erhielt wir nicht.
Der Bus kam 1,5h zu spät an der Bushaltestelle an. Dies wurde 4h vorher von dem Busunternehmen kommuniziert. Der Busfahrer konnte die Verspätung über Nacht wieder gut machen.
Es gab ausreichend Stops.
