Elisabeth The driver was 40 minutes late and then he was in and out of the car several times, probably there was something wrong with the bus because he opened the hood. He had two cellphones but he didn’t answer when the company called him. They sent me texts and asked me to take a photo of him and then they called me and asked me to give the driver my cellphone.
We became almost 2 hours late and there was a terrible sound that indicated that something was wrong with the bus. The only positive thing was that he drove me and some other passengers 350 meters and dropped us at the hotel.

Tim CWe had to walk over 1 lm to the bus place. It was also an hour late arriving at our destination and although we booked 06.49 we were told that it was leaving at 8.30

Suekrue YDriver asked some passangers to show him their destination,myself,he said no need ( i assumed he already knew). On arrival to final town, he let them get off at exakt location of their accomodations.
Myself he let me off just somewhere…. no explanations..Rain and dusk.
I then realised I was far away from my accomodation and needed to get a Taxi and drive back quite a distance. So i needed to get back on the road, from which our bus came.
Prior to the Trip In Nha Trang i received messages that location of pick up changed and also the time..many messages back and forth, confusing, also other travellers confused …at the end pick up had remained same anyway and we left later then announced.

Stephen HWas a decent ride. The bus was a bit late to pick us up. The seats were comfortable. The driver was a bit aggressive but I think that’s just the way it is in Vietnam. They were helpful with confirming the trip and were there if we had any questions.

Anubhav AWe recently took a TBUS Trip from Nha Trang to Quy Nhon. The limousine provided for the journey was average, with room for improvement. The air conditioning system was not functioning properly, which caused some discomfort during the trip.
Overall, the ride was average. While it got us to our destination, the journey could have been more comfortable. I hope that TBUS Trip takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary improvements for future journeys.
