Note: Van Shuttle for is the name of the operator, you're only paying for the boat from Ao Nam Mao. We didn't realize this while booking. Other than that, the long tail boat was on time, friendly driver and staff. Quick and easy ride. It's also nice to dock into a floating pier so you don't have to get wet.
That being said, you can just buy a ticket from the ticket counter at the pier for half the price.
It was very good ! The car was nice, the driver she was a careful driver and also they provided a very good service and assitance. Whe I got to the pier, the lady there charge me fo the boat trip even when I saw the cupón confirmed it was paid. I told the agency and they call me to pass me with the lady ant the poer and she refund me the money after talking to the agency! THANK YOU so much! Very good service

Late going and late coming back, which is not their fault completely as it was the public who were late getting to the pier. We got stuck on some sand in the middle of the river and they had to get 2 people on the boat to help the driver push the boat off the sand. Overall, it was cheap but just really uncomfortable.
Wasn’t happy with the transfer waited where we were told but the driver was waiting elsewhere … flight was delayed however I did provide the flight number so they could track ..
the person at the office that I was chatting to via WhatsApp ,to find out abt the transfer would respond to 2 msgs and then go quiet for a while …
The ferry part wasn’t explained properly .. no help with luggage .. and it wasn’t a ferry but rather a long tail boat that was filled to capacity .. and out luggage got wet in the process

Airport transfer was a bad experience. The car was dirty semelles of gasoline and was in very poor condition also the driver drove badly.
Once at the port we waited 1 hour because there weren’t enough passengers they only depart when they have 10 people I do not recommend

Real cheap!!went all way frm railay beach to khoal lak!!600 bh!!driver was a bit confused as everyone else went to krabi airport but he got me on bus &here i am!!happy days thankyou drivers!!!
Very satisfied with this trip. Airport Black Tiger tour office easy to find. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The driver of tour is very nice and connect with ferry office. Everything is good go on. The ferry is also comfort and on time to Reilay Beach. The price is cheaper than other travel website.
