Alles in allem war der Bus gut, allerdings sind wir nicht dort angekommen was angegeben war. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht und wir mussten bei der Abholung vom Hotel zum Bus 3 mal den Wagen wechseln. Leider eine Enttäuschung.
We had purchased First Class seats and were the first to arrive. The door to First Class was locked and we repeatedly asked if we could get in. Finally, I showed one of the men on the boat our tickets and asked why it was still locked and they indicated we had to go and check-in again. By that time the line up to get on the boat was very long and I said that we needed some help. One of the young men on the boat offered to help and took me to check-in where I was given the proper stickers. After that, everything was great! Just ensure you get the right stickers so you can enjoy a great ride from beginning to end!
it was good. The only inconvenience is that the air conditioning was too strong and we were cold on the ferry.

Nightmare. I almost missed my flight because of ANDAMAN.
They left 15 minutes late but okay that is normal on a busy pier. But then they had 2 additional stop. The speedboat was a slow one, and on the second stop we needed to unload the speedboat and take another boat. Promissed times: Leave 12:00, arrive 13:00
Actual times leave 12:15 and arrival time 14:30 !
Do not reccomend this company.
The trip I booked isn’t the trip we got. I specifically booked my trip to end at Kong Ka pier as it’s near Krabi town and we needed to get to the airport. However, upon arriving at the pier in Phi Phi, they told us they don’t do any trips there and we could only go to Ao Nang and get a taxi from there. Quite annoying as that’s the reason I booked that time.
