The journey started fine. Check in was easily done at Koh Lipe pier. Upon arrival at Pak Bara, representative holding name plate was already waiting at the pier to guide guest to the waiting van. In no time the van departed Pak Bara. All the way smooth until arrival at Krabi Town. I was asked to change to a public transport truck for the remaining journey. This is truly unacceptable and there is no indication from the info given to me that I will be taking a public transport at a later stage. I was not drop off at my hotel as indicated in my ticket info. I guess the van driver simply do not wish to drive me alone to Ao Nang. Though the van driver already told me that the public transport has been paid, yet the truck driver tried to ask for the fare.in a very subtle way.
My experience with 12Go has been very positive until now. This is a true let down.
Die Abfahrt von Koh Lipe war pünktlich, aber die Bootstour war nach einer Stunde bereits beendet, als wir das Festland erreichten. Niemand da, der einen informierte, dass man sich im Ort beim Veranstalter einchecken musste. Nach 6 1/2 Stunden trafen wir dann endlich in Ao Nang ein, aber mein gebuchter Hoteltransfer war für die Katz, weil unser Hotel außerhalb von Ao Nang lag. Ich hatte dies auch angegeben, aber keine Reaktion im Vorfeld bekommen. Also nochmal
500 Baht fürs Taxi ins Hotel bezahlt. Für den Rückweg das gleiche, weshalb ich den Trip zum Flughafen storniert habe. Insgesamt war ich dieses Mal nicht begeistert von 12Go. Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass der Transfer komplett auf dem Wasser laufen würde, also über Koh Lanta nach Ao Nang.
Wir sind von Koh lipe nach Ao nang gefahren und beim Umstieg auf den „Van“ der letztendlich ein Bus war, hat uns niemand gesagt in welche Richtung wir laufen sollen. Ziemlich durcheinander.
Außerdem sind wir mit diesem Bus dann 1,5h zu spät angekommen, weil sich der Busfahrer unter anderem auch bisschen verfahren hat.

Ferry and van were super synchronized, everything was comfortable and the driver was the nicest and most helpful.

Boat transport was on time and great. Van was awful. No instructions where to meet. Van was over booked, and my wife had to sit on the small console seat in front with no seat belt. Very uncomfortable for a long ride. AC was very poor.
The driver was nice.

All departures was on time and check in was clear. Car quality was good, but driver asked additional payment to deliver to our hotel, since we have ordered transfer to our hotel on 12GO during booking.
