All good. Quick and easy. Pick up on time. However the car/truck that picked us up from the hotel was a bit small. It was a short ride for us but we had to squeeze in to fit all people.
Tje pick up was late 20min wirh no info about the delay. I was affraid it wouldn't come at all. I message ro 12go and AI answerred so it couldn't help immediately. Finaly the transportation arrived so everything ok but lack of information, that's why note 4❤️
Good transfer service from hotel to pier. Ferry left 20 minutes late, people going to Phuket boat change in the Phi Phi bay. So we finally arrived 1 hour later on Phi Phi Tonsai Pier and lost our connexion to Laemtong.
If you have connexion like us, better take a speedboat from Koh Lanta
The trip is 100 Baht more expensive then the others, says it includes the van and takes 45 minutes. It does not include the van and takes 2hours. It seems different operators are overpromising and not delivering just to win clients. No support after the purchase. We still got to the destination without problems but I hate being scammed even for such small amounts. We also had additional stress looking for transport to pier in the very morning.
Got the job done. We got there with about 45 minutes delay. Most people got a seat but about 8 people had to sit on the floor. Maybe that's not the operators fault though. Overall, a bit more information would have been helpful.
