The word Comfort needs to be removed from the description. The car was old with no AC and the seats were rock hard.
The driver was fine, he was plugged into his phone most of the way, but probably because his English wasn't overly good and any conversation would have been difficult.
The trip was longer than necessary, with the shortest route being opted for, even if it meant being stuck in traffic and battling scooters and tuctucs on local roads for almost an hour longer than Google Maps said the quickest route took.
In my honest opinion, this service wasn't worth the money and having checked Uber Intercity, we could have saved over 2000 Rupees.
Bus was fine, arrived on time however it was advertised as arriving at 1:15 but didn't arrive until 2:20pm and there was no possible way it was ever going to arrive at 1:15, we were in no rush so not a big deal for us, but the times should be changed to reflect the reality of the arrival time for future travellers.
Booked my train tickets through 12go.asia, initially was getting concerned as I did not recieve my train tickets but they finally arrived.
Tickets were as requested with no issues on the train journey
