We ran into a problem while taking the tour—the bus was supposed to have already departed—but they helped us catch the bus to the airport; they were professional and kind. We will recommend them to our friends.
This is a company I would recommend using. They provided pick-up service at our hotel, and the bus driver was also very helpful in getting us back to the hotel.
The ride was very bumpy. And we got tickets to be dropped off at the airport but they forget us, so they stopped (after we checked why we didn’t stop) and gave us some money for a taxi which wasn’t even enough.
We were picked up in time at our lodging that was conveniently located for the trip. Comfortable wide sleeping cabin. Beware: if you are taller than 1.7 m, you won‘t be able to fully stretch your feet. But these seem to be the best cabins you can get on the buses.
One long break for about 30 minutes, still we arrived a bit early at our destination Hanoi airport.

I approached the bus driver politely and respectfully to ask him if we were arrived, and he started yelling at me for no reason "get out, take a taxi !" . The bus was supposed to stop at Hanoi airport, but it stopped before, and I had to take and pay for a taxi. I reported this on WhatsApp, and even the person from the bus company laughed at me on WhatsApp !!!. It's truly deplorable behavior from this company.
