Snack, Getränke, kalte Erfrischungstücher und Beutel wurden gereicht. Auf dem offenen Ozean war der Trip schon heftig. Insgesamt aber top gefahren. Pünktlich und sicher. Bei uns waren auch mehrere Reihen im Boot komplett leer.
The staff was friendly but we didn’t get any information about that boat change in Nusa Penida. The first boat was old, windows were cracked and on that bumpy ride I felt a little bit uncomfortable, if the ride will be good.
Would like to travel straight to Sanur next time instead of stopping at other islands next time, very time consuming.
Also the loud music played on the boat was horrible.
Absolutely chaotic at the harbour, stopped in 5 places on the way, took ages, boat was awfully choppy with people being sick and getting soaked by the waves, got us there in the end.
The bot was late departing and incredibly crowded and hot. Everyone had to get off and wait for their bags at Nusa Penida and then get into another, smaller boat which was even hotter and more crowded. We eventually arrived about 90 mins after scheduled.
Just as much as you can expect for the money you pay.
Positive first: They are friendly, there is a toilet and the seats are quite comfortable.
Negatives:
-Departs way to late
- the stated 3 hours could have never been realised with all the stops, the fuel refill and overall unorganised trip. At the end it had been a little more than 5 hours
-Many stops that take way longer than stated
-No way they ever did this tour in 3 hours...
-very hot, no fans or anything else
-very crowded, 3 seat-rows that, if there is someone next to you a little bit bigger than the norm, will get you some nice fullcontact ride for 5 hours +
Because I expected this it is not that bad, especially if you're not in a hurry.
But if time an important indicator for you, you should maybe stick to another company. Even though I don't know if they are better.
Apparantly the boat that we booked was cancelled, however we were NOT informed beforehand. The boat that they put us on had an earlier departure time. If we did not go early to the harbour we would have missed the boat. Furthermore it was very chaotic, and we arrived very late due to the many stops and other people not cooperating with the staff. The boat was also too full some people had to stand. Some suitcases were on the deck and due to the rain they got soaked.
Bought tickets from Gili Meno to Sanur and was not told that we should pay an extra fee of 25k rupuiah/pp for a transfer boat that takes you just off the harbour in Meno. Communication was very poor and it wasn't due to language barrier.
