Javier SNot the most comfortable ride, but overall it was fine. If you are 1,80 or higher you will suffer because the seats are tiny. Other than that the service was ok. They offered us shuttle to the station and we arrived on time. The baggage compartment was dirty tough

Or BThe coordination was fine. We got picked from the hotel and drop off at the hotel. Everything was on time. The problem was with the driver. The ride was super dangerous and scary, he drove super fast and not safe at all. We almost crashed more then few times. He should not be a driver!

Mathilde DThe trip started well with a nice limousine. However, it took almost two hours to leave Cat Ba because all the passengers had to be picked up from different hotels.
We also had to change limousine twice. The first time, we were almost left behind due to poor communication. The second time, we were put on the wrong bus and had to turn back and change vehicles again.
Throughout the entire journey, there was a general lack of clear communication from the drivers about what was happening, which made the experience confusing and stressful.
