Ticket were issued for the wrong month, they sent new tickets, which got lost in spam and we had to buy new tickets, without getting a refund or at least partially refunded
Normally everything was very good, but this time we feel a bit ignored
Conductor tried to con me out of 60k for food that did t exist - the food cart passed by my cabin but because some little kid was messing with the door i misses him. He was literally in calling and serving distance bit would stop or serve me. Asking for assistance and to be served the conductor guy was telling 5,5 when it was 2pm and hungry! Why would i wait 3 hours for food that literally just passed and could still smell. He said it cost 40k so i went to get the money to which caught me just getting out of my wallet, he must have seem how much i had an proceeded to bum it up to 60k the thief!
Gave the run around saying go to the end carriage for food and dealt with more ignorant and lazy workers.
I ended up just stopping the snack cart on route back and grabbing some pringles and redbull to keep me going for the last 3 hours of the trip. Fortunately i had big breakfast and preempted nonsense like this.
My advice is buy before you board, i couldnt as i simply had way too much bags to stock up whilst in the station
The seat is broken, the surrounding area is unpleasant and there is mould in the air conditioning unit. This is a significant issue even at the low price.
Cabin dirty.
Also, I booked my tickets to have a full cabin as we are 2 adults and 2 children's.
Ous seats were on 2 separates cabin.
I've got the same issue with an upcoming transfer and I'm waiting a reply from the customer service.
