Nice and easy trip without any issues. We had a nice, professional driver. One stop made passed half way to stretch legs, go to toilet, buy something to eat...
Very bad experience. During the stop, suddenly other travellers started to take off the luggage and we didn’t know why. We asked one of them and they told us that they heard that we had to change vehicle. And that the other vehicle was on his way. But it ook more than 2 hours waiting for the other vehicle to arrive!!! And we didn’t hear anything from you or the operator. And passengers called your office en the other offices. Really really bad service
e-ticket from 12go shows the minivan number (number printed on the minivan, not the license plate number) and your assigned seat number in the van (e.g. 2E). There are 5 rows of seats in the van (1 being the driver/front passenger row). 2E being the rightmost seat in the row directly behind the driver seat.
Weather was not on our side but the driver made it through the winding roads in a very timely manner. Overall, a very positive experience will definitely be traveling with Prempracha again.
The way there (chiang mai to pai) was amazing, good and nice driver.
the way back was hell, crazy driver that drove with headphones and also wrecked our suitcases.

I was surprised at the lack of Covid precautions taken. I put my bag in the seat next to mine assuming they would distance the passengers in the van but that wasn't the case. Completely full and many backpackers not wearing masks fully or the whole ride. Pretty scary given the current situation. If i had know this I would have bough out the seats on the van or taken a taxi. I just assumed they would be more cautious given how transmissible the new variant is. So just be careful if traveling during Covid. The drive was great over all.
