Am Ende wurde man die letzten 4 Stunden bis Khao Lak in einen Linienbus gesetzt anstelle von einem VAN oder Reisebus ohne Klimaanlage und durfte dann stundenlang mit dem Linienbus durch die Gegend fahren. Eine Rückerstattung von 4 Euro wurde im Anschluss gewährt. Wie peinlich diese Unternehmen doch alle sind! Thank you for Nothing!
The transfer from one bus to another was very quick and the employe didn't explain well who had to change the bus and who not. My luggage has been transferred to the wrong second bus. They did all their best to find it, they eventually did, we stopped another place to take my luggage. No sticker is put one your luggage, so I would recommand to write on it by yourself the final destination you want to reach in order it is not lost.

Before i purchase the ticket, i didn't see any information re change of bus at Surathani
No Information in advance that we have to change busses, trip was much longer than announced.
Well organized anyway.
Most of the staff members ( not all) were friendly and helpful
Getting on the bus was a little stressful. We were under the impression it was one bus all the way there. We were awoken at dawn, and told we had to change buses. Again that was a little stressful & confusing, we were eventually put on a mini bus and taken to a government bus. After 16 and a half hours we reached our destination!
Everything went smoothly, each transport was on time, all good

The first bus from Bangkok to Surat Thani broke down, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a replacement bus. The replacement bus was very pleasant, offering plenty of legroom and comfort. In Surat Thani, we had to change to another bus to get to Khao Lak — and to put it mildly, that one was an absolute ordeal: rusty, cramped, poorly sprung, and water was dripping from the lamp covers above us... But in the end, we did arrive — unfortunately completely exhausted.
KrungSiam is the best! Seats are so comfort and almost recline flat. I slept for most of the 10hr trip to Surat Thani. Unfortunately my USB port wasn't working so I couldn't charge my phone
