After we double checked for the train with the vnr Lady, she informed us that train has 20 min. delay. Which was not a problem and gave us time for an other coffee ;-)
Seats were average. Staff on train was friendly and checked with us where we are going and came to us to let us know that next station is our stop.
Everything went smooth and easy.
Toilet were not too bad, bring your own TP and maybe sanitizer.
We were in a 4 bed compartment. Train was on time. The coach was clean. We were on the top beds, we were told it was cold bc of the AC and uncomfortable but I did not think so, I was quite surprise actually. Sure the mattress is very thin and not made for weak back people but for 1 night it was Ok.
I bought VIP tickets and experienced the same train wagon as I booked before- normal ticket. But that so called VIP ticket was overpriced for that what I got.
The website was not at all intuitive…our family of 4 booked a sleeper train but the site did not give an easy way to book a single, 4 person cabin. We ended up with 2 berths in 2 separate cabins. No facility to change afterwards. We ended up having to try and fix it ourselves on the train and had to pay a sketchy (cash) fee to the conductor to switch around with a very nice Spanish family so that we could all be together.
