It was bumpy but there is nothing you can do about it. Also I had a Surfboard and there was no problem.
Overall very good but the boat seems a bit older so only 4 Stars. But price was fair.
Wir sind pünktlich losgefahren alles war gut organisiert, allerdings haben wir leider 5 Stunden bis nach Lombok statt 3 gebraucht. Würde es aber trotzdem wieder buchen, hat alles funktioniert
The trip took 6 hours instead of three. It wasn't a direct boat, I had to change boats in Nusa Penida and we stopped at the Gilis too.
Everything else was good. Everybody working there was really nice, the boat was clean.
It took us around 4h to get to Lombok from Bali because the boat stops in Nusa Penida and then all the Gili Islands even though it was going really fast. The seats are comfortable but the AC was a bit too strong so I would recommend to have a jacket or shirt with you just in case
Very good ferry on time. The chairs are very very small though

Departed and arrived a bit late, but all went ok. Air conditioned cabin was comfortable though not easy to see out much because the windows are high up.
Embarkation arrangements were a bit disorganised, as it wasn’t clear where to go at the Sanur terminal, but staff were friendly enough.
It takes much longer than it should, but having said that, we had a really wonderful "host" in the boat, who really helped make the journey pleasant with his joyful demeanour. Dharma was his name.
