Das Speedboat nach Lipe fuhr min. 45 zu spät ab, was okay war. Das Wetter an dem Tag war stürmisch und es hat teilweise stark geregnet, die Überfahrt war dementsprechend wild. Der Fahrer hat gefühlt wenig Rücksicht genommen und ist trotzdem mit voller Geschwindigkeit durchgebrettert, das Boot hat riesige Hüpfer gemacht, ich hatte ziemlich Angst. Außerdem war das Boot vollgestopft, man ist ständig gegeneinander gefallen. Sind gut angekommen, waren aber nervlich am Ende 😅

We were impressed with how well everything went. The boat was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and most importantly we all had our seats so the boat was not crammed. We would definitely use this operator again.
The ferry ride from Pak Bara Pier to Koh Lipe was super calm. I was worried because of the videos online. A lot of people fell asleep on the ride. The check in was very organized. After the ride they brought our luggage to the pier which was perfect.
We got to the Pak Ba Ra Pier just an hour-ish before our departure time at 9:30. At the pier we met a lady customer service who were readily to assist and direct us to Bundhaya Office which is just across the road from the pier - giving us enough time to look about and change our money. We had 2 x 20kg luggages and 2 x hand baggages. When the Ofice open, they tagged all our bags and we were belonging free to walk about and walk through to the pier. The boat ride was very smooth, there were about 20-30 passengers in all. Took about 1hr-ish none stop to Koh Lipe. They help us get our bags to the shore where we were met by our accommodation transport. In all, very pleasant journey. One thing I would recommend is to have your baggage water proof as some of our clothes were a little wet.
