The boat was 30 minutes late, took 2 hours instead of 1,5 and the staff was kind of rude.
They were really rough with the bags and the taxi drivers were crazy at the harbor. Screaming and pulling at you.
Had the pay extra for surfboards, while it's free on other companies. Also took two hours instead of the 90 minutes announced, I don't know why they wouldn't tell you two hours from the start.
The ride was very bumby and the ferry was crowded. At arrival point many drivers blocking the pier and made it difficult to get out and collect your luggage.
