The operators were not very clear on which buses were for who at the start of the journey. Also the toilet onboard was extremely smelly and we had to endure this for.10 hours.
Ultimately they got us to our destination on time but not before trying to sell us additional services. Definitely.wasnt the smoothest experience but reflective of the price.
Fand am Anfang alles in Ordnung, obwohl der Bus mit einer Stunde Verspätung ankam. Haben im Bus auch Chips und Wasser bekommen. Dann fing der Fahrer aber an neben bei noch einheimische Fahrgäste einzusammeln und an unterschiedlichen Standorten rauszulassen, die definitiv nicht auf unserer Route lagen.
Trip was good. It was hard to sleep because we had many loud children around us, but the first night bus was very comfortable… the second bus, which should have been a minibus, but was like an old normal bus, was not that comfortable, but it was okay, we just spent one or one and a half hour in it. The ferry was not that clean but the seats were very comfortable.
Sometimes the organisers were a little bit stressed, but still friendly and we always felt safe during the trip. :)

Well organized. Good busdriver, people on the boat were very friendly. A bit more information (when we will arrive etc.) during the bus ride would have been great. And a bit more vegetarian meals available to choose from ...

Perfect: clean, comfortable, adequate prise, cool experience! And extra option to see sunrise on pier. One unexpected detail: I was sure we will travel from Surat thani pier to Phangan, but there was another one. Would be cool to see this information in advance
