It was a smoking car, the driver could not speak one word English, he came 10 Minutes to late. He drove very slow, I think he had problems with his health
The car had a huge crack in the windscreen held together with sticky tape, which was rather alarming. However, the ride was comfortable and the driver was lovely, though she spoke little English. We had to ask to stop for a toilet/drinks break
The driver was on time but with a different car. The seatbelt was not whole.
He drove to fast, for example, he several times drove 90, where the speedlimit was 50.
At a pkace where the worked on the road, he wanted to overtake. I had to shout loud" No dont do that".
At the highway he overtook 6 times on the wrong side!
Furthermore, he drove to fast all the time, 117 when the speedlimit was 90.
He spoke no English.
We booked a taxi from our hotel in Sukhothai to our hotel in Chiang Mai. The taxi supposed to come at 5.15 am. Nobody comes at 5.15 am, so we checked on the website and we saw that the taxi was cancelled. Nobody call to prevent us. So we called the hotline (many times) before someone told us that the first taxi has cancelled and that someone else was coming to pick us. If we did not call them, we would have no idea of the situation. The taxi finally arrived but instead to arrive at Chiang Mai at 10 am, we arrived 1 hour late. Thankfully we were not in a hurry. But it’s inadmissible that nobody called us to prevent and that nobody apologize for the situation. That's the lesser of it. We were really upset, it’s disappointing from 12GO.
