Booked airport transfer for 3 pax and SUV, but our driver came with minivan and he's waiting outside terminal, not the inside after you come out from the immigration gate. I'm so happy with his service, the journey to Halong much better and we managed to nap during the transfer.
It was a very smooth experience. Soon after I booked the car, I received a text confirming the details of my flight in, and soon after that, the name of the driver and details of the car were confirmed. The driver picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel in Ha Long Bay, stopping once for food on the way.
Our flight have issue with schedule but the driver wait for us at,having the plates with our names,which was very helpfull.The trip was in very comfortable car,drive was safe and carefull.Highly recomended
Even though I could not arrive at the boarding pass in time because I was waiting for luggage too long and had an problem with the sim card shop that I bought the sim via only for months. The operators, drivers, and airport securities assisted me to get in the van promptly.
