alles war toll organisiert, von Anfang bis Ende gab es keine Probleme bei der Einreise nach Thailand. Ich habe bereits mit Giant Ibis die Einreise nach Cambodia von Vietnam aus gemacht und aufgrund guter Erfahrungen wieder gebucht. Genügend Pausen, Getränke + Snacks im Bus, bequeme Sitze, alles sauber - top!
Definitely exceeded my expectations. The coach was very clean and modern. Staff made the border crossing easy, we even got a free lunch. The bus also made stops at three different places in Bangkok to be convenient for as many people as possible. Overall great experience.
I had Giant Ibis experience in Ho Chi Min to Phnom Phen and it was great so i was expecting the same here. Nope. The bus supposedly will go at 730am. They drove at 810am. Just 5 minutes of driving and they had to stop again for 15 mins. There were 5 more stops along the way. It wasnt as easy too as helping our stuffs unlike in HCM to PP Giant Ibis. We had to carry our stuff as well (im not sure if its different because its Bangkok immigration). We arrived almkst 5pm already in Bangkok instead of the earlier schedule.
Decided to get off earlier in Bangkok as the bus just stood at the site of the road for about half an hour without telling us any reason. Took the metro for the rest of the way to the hotel instead of sitting in the bus waiting any longer. Was way faster that way…
Giant ibis from siem Reap to Bangkok. Its a great company with good drivers and guide Sangnem was fantastic And very friendly. One thing that could be improved is that we had a minivan the part in Thailand And we booked giant ibis for the leg-space specifically which we dit not have the biggest part of the trip And no wifi and power for Our phone.
Due to conflict bus was not going. We could change dates or get another connection. But that’s was not necessary if you have already booked everything in afvance. And a refund was not possible. So bad really bad service.
