An sich war der Bus sauber und die Sitze waren breiter und bequemer, als in anderen Bussen (allerdings trotzdem relativ kurz). Leider gab es kein Wlan, so wie es aber eigentlich in der Beschreibung stand, der USB-C Ladeport hat nicht funktioniert, es war fast die ganze Zeit dieses blaue Licht an, was man selber nicht abstellen konnte und es gab keinen Shuttle Bus zu den Hotels, was sonst immer mit dabei war, bei solchen Sleeper Bussen. Aber das bödeste war, dass unsere Rücksäcke komplett durchnässt aus dem Kofferraum kamen und wir sie so zu unserer Unterkunft tragen mussten und dann selber nass waren. Also keine Ahnung bei der Bezeichnung Luxury hätte ich mir was anderes darunter vorgestellt.
Bus left on time, but the pick-up spot in Nha Trang is a petrol station with no seating and gas fumes.
The bus arrived 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled in Hoi An, at a place where we couldn’t even get a Grab that early.

The bus driver stopped like every 2-3 hours for toilet but everyone at the bus was sleeping and no one wanted to go to toilet at like 3 am. It was really annoying !

Very noisy. Constant yelling talking with each other, and constantly honking at everything that appeared in the road, the sound inside sounding as if it were outside.
It was delayed half an hour. They let us know by Whatsapp, such was great. But then at the time of their arrival they were not in the pick up point. We tried to contact them, but there was no answer. They finally arrived 20 minutes later (which is not that much, but considering the heath, no place to sit down while waiting, without knowing when it was going to come is a hassel)
It was great right up until we got dropped off. A group of men were banging on the front window, looking into the bus & shouting. It was quite scary, especially as we arrived early & it was not clear that we had arrived.
There was lots of communication issues - we were messaged to get there 2 hours earlier than the initial meeting time with 30mins notice only to leave 1 hour post the initial time. The bus was clean and comfortable, water provided + toilet on board. Don’t believe we had any stops but I was asleep for most of the ride. Unfortunately we got dropped off in a random location on the side of the road) 30 minutes out of Hoi An) and got told a shuttle bus would be coming to get us. 1 hour later it still had not arrived so they provided private transport to take us straight to our accommodation.
