It was great, my wife and I booked a bus from Hanoi to halong, the night before we got a text that the bus was gonna be 30 minutes late, and when I texted “Tbus” the replied right away.
The bus experience was very bad. The driver was unpleasant and dismissive towards us. He offered to drop off the locals at their hotel but refused to listen to us when we spoke to him. He even took our suitcases off the bus without our consent or any warning. The only positive aspect was the other local travelers who tried to help us. I absolutely do not recommend this driver.

On Time, we received messages on Whatsapp to tells us all the informations we needed like the pick up point and the schedule. So all good, just one thing is that in Hanoi the street ares small so you have to be really on time to take the bus because it just drop you and go.
Also for this travel, they drop people off one by one at their cruise agency, so no need to walk, that's great! Bottle of water provided on this trip and a stop where you can do shopping.

I was given the wrong location for pickup even though I emailed the night before, I was then transferred to 4 different cars.
Great they got me there in the end, there was also no communication of what was happening just kept getting told to get into the next one and hope I was going to the right place.
