Der Guide im Bus war sehr nett und sehr kommunikativ. Er hat mitgeteilt, wann wir wo umsteigen müssen (Fähre), wie es dann weitergeht und wo wir danach noch einen Raststopp einlegen. Waren wir so noch nicht gewohnt, echt super.
Buchung für die Reise catba-Hanoi wurde storniert.
Neue Buchung getätigt.
Die stornierte Buchung wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Kundenservice von agoda ist such nicht hilfreich beim Lösen dieses Problems.

Due to low season, they personally whatsapp messaged me to confirm the time and location. They escorted us when we transfer to speed boat and subsequently another bus.
They tried their best to accommodate the exact location we want to stop in Hanoi Old Quarter.
Friendly staff, on time and clean bus. Pleasant drive + speed board transfer. They also dropped us off at our hostel.

The bus was nice and the staff was great. But when I booked I chose to be dropped off at my hotel in Hanoï and unfortunately they said that this was not possible and that the office won’t change it on the website. I took this ride especially because I wanted to be dropped off at my hotel, but instead I had to walk. False information!

The first bus at the Island was a disaster. It was raining pretty bad and it rained into the bus. Additionally, my backpack got soaked and I was scared about my electronics! You nearly drowned my laptop...
But after that the speed boat was okay and the bus for the long ride was really nice and comfortable! Staff were really nice though.
