The operator should be understanding and not act or implement cheap European airline like rules like. Example for the cargo hold baggage there was no option for me to do it at the time of checkin. Instead I had to pay more extra than the actual online price for the Check-in bag, That’s really bad !! It should be the same price as the online price.
Maybe you should reconsider this policy.
It’s a pity because next time I would prefer to travel with an airline which has that flexibility.
Also there was no complimentary snack service for a 1Hr 30mins Flight. Not a good thing !
In the aircraft von ThaiViet was the seat before me noos broken and the backside from Seat 8b hung all the time short before my nose. The woman fromb staff can't do anything.
Also was the deperture time fromnthe fly for 40 minutes delayed that I not can check in at the Hotel before 12 o'clock
