Den första minibussen från Khao Sok var för trångt med människor och ryggsäckar. Vi blev tillsagda att sitta längst bak så ryggsäckar grävde in i oss och inte mycket utrymme för våra fötter eftersom ryggsäckar också sattes under sätet. Bussen från Surat Thani var mycket bättre! Större buss, ryggsäckar under bussen och fungerande aircon. Vi blev avsläppta strax innan piren och måste ta ett busståg till piren som återigen var för överfull och vi var tvungna att missa två tåg eftersom bussar fortsatte att anlända och människor hoppade på. Det fanns ingen ordning på det. Färjan var bra, luftkonditionerade rum om du letade efter dem på framsidan.
När vi nådde Surat Thani var vi tvungna att vänta över en timme på nästa buss så om du är hungrig se till att du tar en tur till butiken vid detta stopp. Vi hade ingen tid på färjehamnen som när vi kom på ett busståg gick vi ombord på färjan eftersom den andra bussen var nästan en halvtimme sen också.

The first mini bus from Khao Sok was too crowded with people and backpacks. We were told to sit at the very back so had backpacks digging into us and not much room for our feet as backpacks were also put under the seat. The bus from Surat Thani was much better! Bigger bus, backpacks underneath the bus and working aircon. We got dropped off just before the pier and has to take a bus train to the pier that again was too overcrowded and we had to miss two trains as buses kept arriving and people jumping on. There was no order to it. Ferry was good, aircon rooms if you went looking for them at the front.
Once we reached Surat Thani we had to wait over an hour for the next bus so if you are hungry make sure you take a trip to the shop at this stop. We had no time at the ferry port as by time we got on a bus train we were boarding the ferry as the second bus was almost half an hour late too.

Minivanen var för full, 14 personer på små säten, mycket varmt mycket lite airco eller frisk luft. Många stopp och en timmes väntan i Surattani. Båten var bra

Allt ok, över 2 timmars väntetid på färjan. Överföringen från Khao Sok till färjan kunde ha skett mycket senare.

Alles ok, über 2 Stunden Wartezeit an der Fähre. Der Transfer von Khao Sok bis zur Fähre hätte deutlich später stattfinden können.

Resan kom i tid och föraren var vänlig. Bussen var lite trång eftersom vissa passagerare hade mycket stort bagage med sig.

The driver from Khao Sok to Surat Thani was constantly on his phone. I didn't always feel safe. In addition the car was too hot, the AC didn't work properly.

First part of the trip was in an overcrowded minivan with luggage. That was really uncomfortable and not safe in case of anyrhing would happen. The 2nd en 3rd part in a big bus and ferry was fine.

All great and on time, only problem was that we were told to go to the pier which had an earlier boat departing from it than the one we were meant to get. You’d think that’s a bonus but as some of the family went straight away to the pier when called, and one came 5 mins after, in that time the boat had departed (as it was an earlier boat) and we were separated for the trip. All ok in the end and reunited in koh phangan but I think operator needs to explain that there are multiple boats if sending people to the pier early and there is a risk of not being on the right boat.

too many people and stuff in the bus, and annoying driver, unfriendly to people, actually just rude. Second part of the bus ride was better with big coach.
