Автобусы-слиперы (спальные, ночные) или VIP хороши для длинных и ночных переездов. - В отличие от авиаперелетов и иногда – жд поездок приезжать на автостанцию сильно заранее необходимости нет. Регистрация, даже на международных автобусных рейсах, как правило, не занимает много времени. Допуски по багажу тоже весьма и весьма приятные, а если лимиты на вес багажа все-таки установлены, то доплата за перевес почти всегда совсем невысокая.
- Билеты на автобус обычно более доступны, чем билеты на самолет или скорый поезд. Разнообразие классов и тарифов ориентировано на любой кошелек. Самые дешевые варианты, возможно, не самый быстрый способ прибыть в пункт назначения, но свою работу автобусы в любом случае делают. На более длинных маршрутах есть либо туалеты в салоне, либо остановки, билет включает снеки, воду, иногда туалетные принадлежности, одеяла и прочие полезные и приятные вещи.
- Если вы готовы потратить чуть больше, то некоторые ВИПы по комфорту и обслуживанию могут вполне соперничать с бизнес-классом на самолетах: широкие мягкие раскладывающиеся кресла, одеяла, меньшее, по сравнению с обычными автобусами, число пассажиров и прочие бонусы очень скрашивают впечатления от поездки.
Минусы путешествия на автобусе
- Новые междугородние автобусные терминалы нередко расположены на окраине города у оживленных шоссе, чтобы автобусы не вставали в городские пробки. Для путешественника в этом не только плюс, но и минус. Добираться до таких терминалов бывает непросто или долго, плюс в некоторых локациях обслуживать терминалы разрешается не любому транспорту – т.е. даже некоторые службы такси туда не допускают. Как результат – спекулятивные цены на перевозку. Если нужно выезжать в часы-пик, не забывайте заложить дополнительное время на поездку.
- Автобус, наверное, вид транспорта, который наиболее подвержен задержкам и нарушению расписания – если сравнивать с самолетами или поездами. Причин может быть великое множество – от ДТП до ремонта дороги, объезда и т.д. Ситуация ухудшается в дни государственных праздников, длинные выходные, высокий сезон. Учитывайте этот момент и не планируйте коротких стыковок.
- Если вы планируете поездку по одному из наиболее востребованных маршрутов и/или в высокий сезон, стоит озаботиться заблаговременным бронированием билетов. Учитывайте, что просто прийти на автовокзал и уехать ближайшим рейсом возможно далеко не всегда: билеты вполне могут быть распроданы, так что планируйте заранее.

Martynas SPick up was on time, but travel time is very inaccurate. False advertising I would say. Travel time on ticket 3h.Time on Google maps is showing 4h. With the stop it took us 4:30 which is ok, but you shouldn't advertise it as 3h.

Ben OWe arrived at the pick up location as per the booking confirmation 20 minutes before departure yet the bus was not there. Then we got a text when the bus was meant to depart saying due to traffic they had to leave early and could not find us. I tried calling his number but he did not answer and text back saying please text me instead. I explained I was at the pick up location in the car park. He sent us a location of a coffee cafe a short walk away and told us to wait there and he send a smaller car to pick us up and bring us to the bus that would wait for us. This did happen which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of zero. We were on the first bus from 7:40pm until circa midnight when we had to swap buses, it was then we were swapped onto a already full bus and we had to take the bottom row cabins at the back of the bus that don’t recline flat so you’re sat up at 45 degrees for the remaining 12 hours of the trip which made it very hard to sleep and stretch out. The bus was meant to arrive in Da Nang at 11 and I believe we arrived around 12:20. Besides this the buses were very clean and did stop regularly for toilet breaks.

Karin Fi got picked up around the estimated time. The bus itself was clean as usual. we stopped often to deliver packages and they were pretty loud in the front considering that it's a sleeper bus. I didn't have a blanket for the first one and a half hours and it was really cold i was wondering if the others have a blanket, yes they did, then i asked the assistant "hellor sir can i please have a blanket" and he said yeah 10 minutes because a other woman had to go to the toilet really urgently and he thought i'm asking for the toilet, then i said no i would like a blanket and he fucking ignored me even though I repeatedly said sir, hello, please, like wtf, he for sure heard me. Then I tabbed another guy and asked him and he brought me one. The communication was quite rude and not clear.

Chris MTook several hours longer than planned - some out of their control, but they left am hour late due to late travellers and were doing numerous 'deliveries' along the way which meant stopping. The driver was snappy and not polite. very eratic driving. the pods were comfy which was teh only saving grace

Cleo WWas ok, but we got 2.5 km away from official drop off point (outside tam coc) then driver pulled over to call us a taxi to take us the rest of the way. They refused to drive the last 5 minutes until I said I would walk the rest(which was a 40 min walk). They did eventually take us the full way tho, but it was strange and annoying since it was late.

I found the beds had enough room but you may need to tuck your legs up if you are any taller than 5'7"! Overall very good ride and had several stops to use the bathroom.

Consuelo PNot a great experience. The driver was 15min late and a trip that should take us 3.45hr turned out being 5hrs. The driver left us before our drop off point without explanation and another passenger told us that an small car will pick us up from there.
Driver very noisy, speaking by phone incredibly loud.
The good thing? We actually arrived to our destination. But i wouldn’t recommend it unless you have plenty of time and patience.

Simon DIt was a great bus ride. They also picked us up at the hostel which was very convenient.
We only arrived two hours earlier then the planned time, which was a bit annoying as we arrived now in the middle of the night and had to organize a hotel last minute because of it. That was the only downside.

Alexander MThere was poor communication with pickup location and Reckless driving. Also the driver seemed to be sick (cold/flu?). We did not feel safe. In addition, the vehicle was not in good working order. None of the USB ports worked and it broke down several times on the way to Halong. I cannot recommend this service to others.

Mrs. CIt actually went great! For pickup I had to text for them to find me but I was picked up in a small car and then taken to the bus. The bus ride was normal and I made it to my destination. Overall happy with the experience.

Astrid KWe were the only tourists on the bus most of the trip, and they didnt give us any water or enough toilet breaks for such a long trip. The bus also came to the wrong place for pick up and a hour before planned. Luckily we were already early, but if we werent, we would 100% have missed to bus. Also no communication from the bus company about new pick up place, until we contaced them ourselves. Can’t recommend

Nina ZThe Bus was pretty cool and the cabinets were big enough. But the drive was so bad. We just paused 3 times in a 10h trip and the driver was so fast that we arrived 2,5h before the estimated time! We couldn't sleep because we've been shaking around in that cabin and we were afraid to look out the window.

Gemma LAir con barely worked- staff were aware as they came round to check the air ports with their hands but offered no solution.
No charge points.
We had two stop offs on a 9/10 hour ride. We have two children who needed the toilet. The meal stop off was 10 minutes which only allowed time to use the toilet rather than get any food.
Overall, an uncomfortable ride.
To add, the pick up point got changed in the morning which cost us additional money to get to new destination. This also left nearly an hour late.
