De opstapplaats werd op het laatste moment veranderd, waardoor het moeilijk was om op tijd te komen om de bus te halen, en het ophaalproces leek erg ongeorganiseerd. Vervolgens werd ik overgeplaatst naar een gedeeld bed met een vrouw en haar peuter die me de hele nacht in het gezicht schopten. De bus werd halverwege de reis ijskoud en er waren geen dekens. Het rijden was zo hobbelig dat we soms bijna het plafond raakten.

The road was a bit bumpy but overall it was a comfortable ride. There was a break in between as well. Nice staff.

Tried to use the toilet after 12 hours on the bus but the conductor just said it wasn’t possible without further explanation. I tried to ask why and he just completely ignored me. My fiance then tried to do the same thing and again completely ignored.

Train was on platform when we arrived , doors closed to train 20 mins before departure which caused panic as one of us was still on the platform , not knowing the Indian rail system and procedures this was concerning .
