We booked the direkt bus transfer from KL (TBS) to Cameron Highlands and from Cameron Highlands to George Town. After reading all the reviews we were first a bit sceptical but it turned out to be just as perfect as it can get: - We departured on time, - the bus was very comfy and modern, - the trip was very safe and there were no moments of a critical take-over or speeding - and considering my wifes stomach, which is very sensitive on any kind of rides, she didn’t have any problems (She took a travel sickness tablet beforehand, as she always does.) - after two hours we stopped at a gas station to get some refreshments and to use the restrooms (as there are no toilets on the bus) - we arrived earlier then expected

The bus station was chaos. You had to go to a boarding counter before you pass through to get the bus terminal. It was as busy as an airport. Make sure you arrive at least an hour early before your bus time. The first couple of hours were okay on the motorway but once you get off the motorway the roads are windy and crazy for 1hr 30 minutes

Everything was great. At the bus terminal the bus was already waiting and we could get to our seats already. (10 minutes early, we did not come 1 hour before the departure) The seats were comfortable and charging worked. The driver was also friendly and did not drive carelessly

Comfortable journey, left on time and arrived early. No toilet on board but there was a rest stop half way. The information could have been more clear on how/where to exchange the voucher for tickets in the bus station.
