i paid online..It was way more expensive and i was treated like a criminal when i showed up with only the receipt on m y phone.The guy took 20 minutes to contact customer service..Dont do all that shit..make it easy..If you have payment send a receipt..You have the money..Also i will report to the maritime authority that the back door was locked during a very bumpy cruise what it the boat sinks.?everyone will drown

It's simple and straightforward indicating the time and type of ferry. However, while starting it showed the cost in the currency I am familiar with but ended up in a different currency. This is confusing and I had to redo in the Web thinking it was an error. After finding that it's similar and checking the conversion cost I then continued. It should understand that the consumer may not have the right credit card to help with the conversion and also not charged the exchange, but it didn't do so. This can be quite serious in terms of the final cost
