Boedapest naar Subotica Bestemmingsrecensies
A
Anonymous There’s not enough information about the bus and the stop to get on. The bus company did make effort to fix the problem. There is so much traffic and all kinds of vehicles passing through “Terminal 2, arrival zone 3” outside of the Budapest airport. Without detailed information and clear descriptions of the bus and bus stop, it is impossible for a customer who has never taken this bus before to know what bus to look for and where to get on. I was there, waiting an hour before till an hour after the specified time (total of 2+ hours), still missed the bus. That was so frustrating. I was told by the airport workers saying that only small van can pass though arrival zones. The big buses stops are not allowed to drive through arrival area. They stop at the lower level parking lot across the street. Yet the getbybus company said the size of the bus depends on the number of customers they will have during that time. How do customers learn about that information? I was going back and forth between two spots continuously and that was extremely exhausting and frustrating. I missed the bus of course.
