역 표지판이 불분명하고 디자인이 좋지 않고 차가 편안하지만 소음이 많습니다.

좌석은 편안했습니다. 버스 안은 추웠고 운전기사는 너무 빨리 운전했어요....

30분 지연 및 운전자 흡연, 그렇지 않으면 좋은 여행

약 45분 후에 수정된 고장이 발생했습니다. 우리가 거의 모든 버스 여행에서 이것을 경험했기 때문에 실제로 문제가 되지 않습니다. 그러나 우리 출입국 심사가 조금 더 오래 걸렸기 때문에 교차하고 있는 Woodland 국경의 버스는 우리 없이 그냥 떠났습니다. 돈을 바꾸거나 돈을 인출 할 기회가 없기 때문에 짜증이납니다. 물론, 그것은 또한 우리에게 또 다른 시간을 요했습니다. 권장 사항: 항상 국경 교차점에서 달리십시오. 그렇지 않으면 버스가 사라집니다....

버스의 품질은 새로운 표준이 아닙니다. 강한 지연. 다시 KL 중간에 정차합니다. 거기에서 예약하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

좌석이 자동으로 분리되었음에도 불구하고 도움이 되는 운전자가 우리가 함께 앉을 수 있게 해주었습니다. KL에 들어가기 전에 잘 정차하여 정시에 도착했습니다.

출력된 바우처를 제시한 후, 우리도 티켓을 출력하기 위해 초국적 카운터에서 지불해야 했습니다. 이유는 무엇입니까? 사용 된 버스는 깨끗하고 정시에있었습니다. 좌석은 편안하고 에어컨은 괜찮습니다.

버스는 편했지만 TBS에서는 15분 늦게 나타났다. 화장실 사용 중지는 더 나은 위치에 있어야 합니다. 화장지도 없고 깨끗하지도 않습니다.

12go 바우처를 티켓으로 교환하기 위해 초국적 카운터에 갔을 때 좌석 확인 등을 위해 1 링깃을 추가로 청구했습니다. 큰 금액은 아니지만 티켓 구매 시 추가 비용이 발생한다는 사실을 이전에 전혀 안내를 받지 못해서 놀랐습니다. 과거에 다른 여행을 갔을 때 이런 일은 한 번도 일어나지 않았습니다. 이것만 빼면 여행은 대체로 괜찮았습니다. 약 40분 늦게 출발했고, 도로 중간에 예상치 못한 다른 버스로 환승하는 일이 있었습니다. 하지만 아시아를 통과하는 버스 여행에서는 그런 일이 예상되며 여행 중 큰 문제는 없습니다. 티켓을 예약하려는 다른 분들은 12go에서 지불한 가격이 최종 가격이 아니며 티켓 카운터에서 추가 비용을 지불해야 할 수도 있다는 점을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

좋은 여행이었고 모든 것이 잘 진행되었습니다. 버스 운전사만이 짐을 싣고 내리는 데 약간의 도움을 줄 수 있었습니다.

Bus from KL to Melaka was comfortable and clean, only problem was that it was delayed in arriving to KL.

The bus was full of cockroaches!!! Really unpleasant experience. I changed the seat but that didn't help. I travel a lot on public transport so totally get the buses or train might not be clean but I have never seen so many cockroaches. I will not use this provider again.

Driver hit big bump shortly after we departed from KT station with way to much speed, something broke on front left side of the bus, he stoped and made quick check and continued the road with awarenes that something wasnt right. We mDe around 300/350km with unknown damage on the wheels! After the other driver came to replace him, he realized that sound that was coming from under the bus surely isnt good so he finaly safely stoped the bus on first posible gas station and we had to wait for another bus to pick us up and take us to TBS Kuala Lumpur. The other bus was good.

Booking with 12go.asia was simple to handle and very quick reply. Bus is very comfortable. Only at checking in was not a friendly lady at all. She refused to look at me when I was asking her something even when i said "Lady, I am taking to you" she refused to do .. very impolite

Nice driver

Not enough stops on the bus only one 10minute stop. This lead to us arriving at our final destination 3hours too early, this wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t 3:30am when we arrived! Not ideal for a girl traveling alone & having just arrived in a foreign country. Also the bus was very cold (probably about 10degrees different to that outside).

Bus was old and there was a weird smell. Trip was good and on time.

The ride was very comfortable, but there was a very anoying beeping the whole time. Without it I would give five stars, because the rest of the ride was good.

Pullman was really good, staff nice, but trip was mooooooore longer... like 10 h and half. We have totally lost one day to reach mersing.

Bus was 10 minutes late, but still arrived on time. Bus was clean, modern, and spacious!

We arrived a bit late but it didn't matter, the driver drove very carefully and we had plenty of stops to go to the toilet or get snacks

We were late by almost 1 hour for no obvious reason. The bus was nice though. Comfortable seats, working AC but unfortunately to USB plugs and the reading lights didn't work.

Comfortable seats, helpful staff, and a reliable journey time. The roads were well paved so no difficulties there. It was a bit confusing at first knowing how to check in or whether it was necessary but using my own intuition I found a counter and got the tickets printed.

Really nice busdriver, Bus was on time, everything was good.

Quick and efficient. Cold AirCon. But the bus would beep horribly if the driver went to fast and the stop for restroom and snacks was much too short.

The bus was ok... just feel a little bit strange when we arrive at the bus. Our number already been seated. The driver told us we can seat everywhere we want. But finnally we found out we are taking the wrong bus. It’s the officer at the boarding gate told us to get in that bus. I’ll already ask twice. When we arrive at Putrajaya, we just know that it’s the wrong bus. But the driver help ud to get in the next bus to our destination for free. Bus is recommended for clean smells good and AC is cold

I booked a more expensive ticket just for the comfort (wifi, snacks..) and well it didn't have anything, not even a USB plug to charge my phone. Plus, an unfriendly driver.

Well, we got there, hence the "2nd star". The following issues occurred: 1) The bus left 1.5 hours late. 2) When it started raining, the driver left the luggage compartment open on the side of the bus allowing many of the bags to get wet. 3) When entering the bus, the choice of music has many swear words and was quite vulgar. 4) For about half the trip, the driver and his companion talked so loudly it was hard to even think. 5) The bus was so cold (I'm normally a fan of a "cold drive", but, this was excessively cold!). 6) We arrived 2.5 hours late to our destination. 7) The driver answered phone calls while driving several times. ... I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but I just thought it should be known. And, in all fairness, the other time that we took Transnasional it was on time, comfortable, and a very good trip.

Bus very old and the space between sits very small. Driver didn’t respect the stop time, because announced 15 minutes and took 40 minutes to departure.

The first shift driver was smoking while driving. He smoked 3 times. In a/c vehicle that is bad for passengers.

Really nice ride! Smooth, comfortable, cheap, pretty quick. Remember to have cash on the bus stop (no atm nor card terminal)!

The bus in general was ok, nothing compared to aeroline though. However the bus driver was totally unfriendly! There was an old lady with havy luggage, he rather stood outside smoking then helping here getting into the bus. We even got out at the wrong station, cause we didn't know there are two stops in KL and the bus driver didn't even say which stop it was. He really delivered poor service, such a shame.
