Driving was not very safe--often passed cars on blind corners, didn't slow down at dangerous parts. The journey took about 2 hours longer than advertised. But the driver was friendly and the car was comfortable.
It was relatively good. The vehicle itself was in good condition and fairly comfortable. We had a reasonable number of stops for food and bathroom breaks. All in all, the journey went well.
After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance with Cheap Transportation, but honestly, the service was excellent and a very pleasant surprise! The company contacted me directly and provided clear directions to the pickup point. The driver was very friendly, and instead of a minivan, we actually traveled in a car with just four passengers, making the journey very comfortable and enjoyable.
The drop-off point in Yerevan was also conveniently located near the city center, so I was able to walk to my accommodation without having to arrange additional transportation from a more distant bus station.
I highly recommend this company to fellow travelers, including solo female travelers!
Two cars picked up 6 people and drive us to the outskirts of town to meet the mini bus. The minibus was in good condition and the driver was good. He drove at a decent pace according to the road and conditions. I have no complaints. It's only 4
Although there were not any issues, I need to rate the ride only 2/5. The transport operator shows that there is AC on his vehicle. At our ride, we were informed „there is no AC“. I think it is broken or something. Since we were travelling in september, it was „only“ uncomfortably warm. I just makes me sick this company is transporting people in July and August by being fully aware their AC is broken. People are booking this trip in good will, expecting AC since the description of the vehicle says so. I can not lie, this is incredibly unprofessional.
The pick up place was very random, we got transferred to different spot and finally departed much later than 9am schedule. It also took longer time to arrive arrive in Yerevan - about 7 hours.
7:30 hours overall with short waiting at the borders ( Georgian-20 min, Armenian-5 min) ,too much unneccesary wasted time, too much breaks
Positive is that driver's skills are excellent
