Everything was on time, transfer went smoothly. When we arrived in Phuket there was transfer ready for a good rate te bring us to the hotel.
Boat was good, bus was not that comfortable, but ride was about 5 hours and we stopped once.
Super comfortable ans well organize. It went betterbthan we expected. Speed brat was nice and on time. There is staff everywhere to point you in the right direction. It is super easy to get around. Once moved to bus, ride was also really nice. We stopped 2 times, for a bathroom break 5min, and 30min break so we had enough time to grab quick lunch. We asked od they can stop for us close to Phuket airport and they did. They stop on point where there are taxi drivers, 7/11 and atm so it was super easy to grab a taxi and go to the airport. Great service and great value for money. Highly recommend
The ferrys worked perfect but the bus from Surat Thani to Phuket town didn't end at Phuket Town as indicated online but 5km far from the airport at a highway station. I had to get myself a taxi to the airport and then take another bus there to get to Phuket town.
The bus broke down an hour from our destination and we waited an hour before organising our own taxi to destination of we would have missed check in for our hotel. Nothing was communicated by the driver until we had been sat waiting for 45 minutes.
The ferry part of the trip was good, rough seas but that is out of their control. The 5 hour bus part was a different story, very disorganised at the embarking and bus safety and comfort standards below what i expected. No seat belts and very old bus that made me feel unsafe. The driver was very good.
Two hours delay because long wait at Surat Thani Pier and changing the bus several times. Second driver wanted extra money for Hotel drop off, but we already had paid the ticket to the Hotel.

Finally arrival at the hotel with 2:30 delays
