So I took the bus from HCMV to Mui Ne. And it’s important to read the previous reviews. Indeed, you first take a simple bus that will bring you to another station where you’ll take a second bus, with some reclining seat, bed-like. Indeed, nobody tells you anything. But that’s not so much a problem as long as you get where you need to. We left and arrived on time and you can be dropped off at your hotel as well, since they ask you at the departure station. Water is provided and the temperature in the bus is perfect.

Dropped off to hostel from cafe was great. Quick journey.
Our seats were in the back side of bus and the engine was under it, so it was very hot there and uncomfortable. One of the seats was broken and i cant lay on it, only sit.
The first hour you sit in a very luxurious bus and then you have to transfer to a much less luxurious bus where you have little personal space and if you are tall (like me) you will not fit in the seat. Different bus than I booked. It takes you from A to B and does what it's supposed to do, but don't expect luxury.
A very nice modern sleeper bus with USB, WiFi and curtains for privacy. The staff asked us where we were staying and dropped us off right outside our hostel. We arrived earlier than expected. I left my sunglasses on the bus and the driver dropped them off in Mui Ne a few hours later. Would really recommend the VIP bus.
Got crammed into taxi SUV to transfer us to a bus depot where we would be picked up. Uncomfy ride as I had to keep my 13 KG bag on my lap. The bus was alright, one stop on our way to Mui ne. You have to take off your shoes before entering the sleeping bus, so better come prepared with slippers or sandals.
We started half an hour late. The bus was clean but the beds are very small, they are narrow and short. As a typical european person you can not get comfy at all. The side handles are missing or very small, so especially when lying in the middle row, you would fall out at every turn the bus takes.
Speeking of the busdriver - it was a dreadfull experience. He seemed to be constantly honking, so no sleep was to expect within the 12h. He rushed through the streets as if there's no tommorow - breaking hard in front of every bumphole and still going over it way too fast. It was not only once that I thought the axes will break.
Lastly, we stopped about 10 times for loading and unloading some local parcels and shippings. But officially we only took 1 break after about 3h and then there was no toilette break for the next 9h. However, I think some people took one of the loading breaks for a quick wee.
