We took two trips with you this week. The pickup was perfect, but the wait time before the journey actually began felt very long, and there was little explanation provided. We are European and are accustomed to strict safety standards that undoubtedly help prevent accidents. Drivers should not be looking at their phones while driving—let alone doing so repeatedly during a single trip. You need to make this clear to your drivers. Also, on this second trip—perhaps in an attempt to make up for our delayed departure—the driver spent the first leg of the journey constantly overtaking other vehicles, sometimes in a rather unorthodox manner. It was a stressful experience for the passenger. Regards.

We were very confused; we started out in one car, switched to another after 15 km, waited about 30 minutes, and ultimately completed the trip in the second vehicle. A well-intentioned person tried to explain the situation, but we still don't understand what happened. When booking, the agency's advertising shows a magnificent vehicle—nothing like the two cars we actually traveled in. We understand and sympathize with people trying to help others, but at one point, three different hitchhikers were picked up and got into the car. I feel the driver should have asked us whether or not that was acceptable to us.

I was first picked up from my guest house. The driver came an hour early. That was ok except that he did not have a working seat belt in the front passenger seat. I would not drive with him until he got it working. Then we picked up another person and drove to a meeting point where we changed cars to one that had a working seat belt in the front but none in the back. The driver of the first car was very polite and helpful despite the seatbelt saga, as was the driver of the second car which was very comfortable.
Overall it was a very good trip, the drivers were both good drivers, and we were all delivered to our destinations.

The platform advertised an air-conditioned vehicle (e.g., Hyundai Starex). While I understand that the exact vehicle type may vary, I was very disappointed that the actual transportation was changed to a much lower-standard vehicle with no air conditioning at all. Initially, Driver A picked me up, but instead of taking me directly to Tashkent, he dropped me off at what appeared to be an informal taxi gathering point and negotiated with other drivers to find someone to take me. Fortunately, another driver agreed to take me to Tashkent, but we had to wait until the car was completely full before departing, and that was 30 mins wasted! As a result, I spent more than five hours in an overcrowded vehicle without air conditioning during the peak of summer. This was extremely uncomfortable and did not match the service that was advertised. I believe the vehicle and service provided should accurately reflect what customers book through the platform.
