The bus was delayed and I wasn’t sure, if it already went. I came to Makarska one hour later. Delay more than one hour, so I missed the ferry.
a terrible experience. I told driver where to get off, and I checked when I got off, but they dropped us wrong-placed five kilometers before. By the time I knew it, the bus had already left, and we had to walk down the mountain path with our luggage to the right bus stop at midnight. we walked for more than 1 hour. We could not understand what happened. We never use this bus company again.
Proszę zmienić godziny w rozkładzie, ponieważ nie są adekwatne do rzeczywiści. Podróż z Trogiru do Zadaru miała trwać 2 godziny a trwała ponad 3. kierowcy robili sobie przerwy aby zapalić.
Comfortable and very Cosy bus. On the Ticket no any advice of which bus Station people should go. We went to the wrong bus station in the downtown and were told that the right one is on the port of split,from there we can take bus to omis. Pls at least give some hints to where people can get there bus. For there are 2 bus stations in split, i think we are definitly not the first one nor the last one chosing the wrong bus station.
The bus was clean, but the ride was a little uncomfortable because the bus was ringing so much. Money value was good, the bus had lots of space so the ride was roomy. The bus driver dropped us off at the wrong place. There were two groups getting off at Plitvice including mine, and while mine was supposed to get off at Entrance 2, the others were supposed to get to Entrance 1. The driver drove off to Entrance 1 without even asking for our opinion, and we were dropped off a 45 min walk away from where we were supposed to. It was REALLY annoying and it’s actually quite a miracle that we made it back to our hotel as it was around 12:10am when we arrived (the ride was also delayed by an hour). Please be more clear with stuff like this next time, it started my trip off in Croatia in an extreme sour mood.
Absolutely never again. I bought my ticket online, checked at the information office which bay to catch the bus at. When the bus arrived at the correct time in the correct bay I got on and the driver didn’t check the ticket but I checked the destination with the driver. 15mins into the trip a ticket officer checked our tickets. My ticket was for a different company bus but was going to the same place and the same time. Somehow I must have managed to accidentally get the wrong bus even though there was only one around. I got verbally dragged off the bus. Yelled out outside by the officer and told to leave the bus immediately or pay for another ticket. Since I only had euro cash left and not quite enough kuna, I was made to pay more almost more than twice my original ticket price. All while the whole bus full of people were waiting and watching from inside the bus. I felt viaolated and treated very unfairly. Bus company would not refund me any money either. Will never book online or travel with again!
