too hot. Too hot inside. Whole trip of 6 hour inside was 32 C.

Bus was on time, clearly marked with destination, so much easier than going by car. Would highly rec. On time Clean, tidy bus Comfy journey Felt safe Bus driver told us where we were as there were several stops. Nothing, it was all good.
Trajet en bus de Sibenik à Skradin (parc de Krka). Malgré un léger retard, trajet très plaisant et très économique. L'organisation à la gare de bus laisse à désirer.
Smooth experience. As someone who was traveling alone and doesn't speak Croatian, the experience was really smooth. The boarding instructions and location are accurate so it was easy to find the bus and the bus left on time. The bus was pretty empty, which was great so I was comfortable. The seats are kind of close together so I think it would have been much less comfortable if it was packed. Overall, highly recommend using this company. Seats are too close together.
Bus was delayed 4 hours with no communication from the service about this. Get by bus responded quickly when contacted. Poor communication and service from bus company.
Flixbus, so alwaye fine. The airco. It was not clear that autotransport sibenik was travelling in a Flixbus zo there was a lot of confusion also because we weren’t assigned seats, which led to even more confusion.
Overcrowded. The bus was overcrowded. We had booked seats some time ago but all were taken so we and others had to stand. At one point a group of people with a wheelchair user boarded. But there was no where for the wheelchair so it ended up blocking the exit in the middle of the bus. If there had been an emergency it would have been a disaster.
Bus being extremely late and drivers still taking a break. The bus was late for 2h. No one at the bus station couldn't tell me when the bus will arrive. And when the bus came, the driver stood still as I was struggling to place my suitcase in the luggage sector. And even with being 2h late, the bus drivers were saying to each other that they have enough time for a coffee break. So we were waiting additional 15 minutes for the bus to depart. I know that there are congestions during summer, but it's extremely insane that the bus is so late, even without the apologies. Definitely next time I will be getting rent a car because this was a waste of time.
The bus arribed with big delay which caused worries and uncertainty. The facf that I decided to take a much earlier bus. That drivers speak very poor level of English anx are a bit rude. Maybe it is cultural, but still they are expected to improve a little.
Split to Trogir service. Bus terminal easy to find near the ferry port. The bus was very large, clean and comfortable. Some confusion for passengers trying to find seat number allocated on their ticket but the seats on the bus were not clearly numbered.
Bus is on time, comfortable and approachable crew. Hence, it was 2 hrs travel due to heavy traffic. On time, excellent and friendly people. No wifi connection and ỉn proper hygiene for the crew.
everything was amazing expect the loudness by a women that kept complaining to driver that someone took her spot that she paid for on online reservation, she was so boring.
We were on our way to Trogir for the day - I was with a friend. Very comfortable and clean bus Our luggage was handled well - the driver was very polite. Nothing not to dislike.
A little late but we got there. AC worked and so did the Wifi! Although we paid 1 E for baggage under the bus. The driver that did the unloading - just opened the doors and stood by and told us to help ourselves. I'm 66 - a little awkward digging to find my case. Bus was 15 minutes late for p/u and almost an hour late at my Makarska destination.
Wifi and reasonable AC. The bus was comfortable, with wifi, reasonable AC and a chair that lent back quite far. The bus stops frequently to pick up locals who are travelling between towns.
Sibenik to Split. Good views. We missed our connecting ferry in Split. There were two buses listed when we made our booking, we choose the bus that allowed us a hour between the bus trip and when the ferry departed which was just across from the bus station in Split. We’d checked that one bus when departing Sibenik had less stations to call into which we thought was the reason it got into Split a hour before the other bus as they were leaving at the same time from Sibenik. It didn’t, the bus we booked said we would arrive a hour before our ferry but it arrived 5 minutes after our ferry departed. Always check that GetByBus does not have 2 buses departing at the same time!

Its a problem when you buy a ticket and don’t have a seat; they kept moving us around the bus, it wa. Not much, the fact that we arrived safely. The smell inside was not good and as said - I would like to buy a ticket and have a seat number so that I don’t have to be afraid each time bus stopsand someone enters whether the’ll move us or not.
I paid my ticket online. Driver and another man there insisted to show them a ticket. I thought that they have the list of tickets purchased online, which was not he case. It was very unpleasant experience and we were late to departure 4 minutes because they forced me to go online to my e-mail and to show them a ticket. They did not accept to solve it later on the road, as they do not trust anyone. Who travels without money these days? How many cheaters are there? I am 64 years old and I never bring any paper ticket to the airport, only my passport. I thought it is the same with buses and why it is not? Stupid rules must be changed.
Simple bus but absolutely fine for time. It was fine for a short ride. No wifi but it was a different bus than the one I took there. Just inconsistency in general with buses I've gotten tickets from on the same site.
