I.travel alone. The perfect timing of leaving and arrival. I had the ehole bus for me. Very comfortable.

It was very good.

Driver was willing to help us, we could take a seat long before the bus has started.

Problem. My flight was rescheduled and inserted of the bus at 14.10 which I bought, we need the earlier one at 12.10 from Firenze. The driver of the bus at 12.10 cancelled. He not only took other passengers who were there without a ticket and purchased it at place but as well he departed with 2 seats free. He was ultra mean towards us. The driver of our initial reservation at 14.10 was perfect.

VERY PUNCTUAL. I recommend everybody. Easy access, very helpful and kind drivers, easy to get/buy ticket. I am very hahhy to use this transport.

Perfect transfer from Florence to Bologna airport!

A great option. I like the fact that this bus option from Florence was even available. I had tried getting several car services from Siena to Bologna and they would all take my money and then cancel. Or it not for the bus service I would have had to take the train from sienna to Florence then from Florence to Bologna and another shuttle down to the airport so the appanino eliminated one of my changes! The cost was of course dramatically less than a private car. And the bus look brand new and was immaculate inside! I also like the fact I could book this through your website because the appenino shuttle site wasn't even working!! It wouldn't accept my day of departure! The driver was not actually rude but he certainly was not happy. Have you played his music so loud that even in the fourth row back I couldn't hear the book I was listening to and headphones. Then he talked on the phone to someone for a brief bid in such a loud voice that it made it even worse! I had read the negative reviews about the drivers before so this didn't surprise me but it's unfortunate! I was also disappointed that even though the schedule said they would leave at around 8:00 and arrive at the Bologna airport by 9:35, we didn't arrive until closer to 10:00. This wasn't a problem for me because I had a later flight but for someone else it could have been very nerve-wracking. What surprised me was that the driver took a mountainous back road parallel to the highway for the first hour of the trip! I didn't understand! I could see the highway from time to time and it was not congested or backed up. So it was nerve-wracking.

It was very easy boarding with out luggage stored below, bus was on time and driver was very nice. It easy a comfortable ride, relaxing and drop off in florence was an easy walk to our hotel. I would recommend this over taking the train, much easier to get tickets and less hassle. Not really a negative, but the signs/directions in the airport need to be improved just a bit.

What you expect.

Not bad not amazing. It was fast. The air conditioning was too strong and therefore it was very cold in the bus.

GREAT OPTION. This is a very comfortable service that takes you directly from the Airport to the Heart of Florence. Piazzale Montelungo in Florence is a very inconvenient stop but this is for all the Comapanies not just yours.

The driver was really sweet and pleasant. It was a bit crowded and people took up 2 seats even though there was a lot of people.

Nice trip. The trip was perfect, the bus was very comfortable and it was on time. It's a good option to go to Bologna airport from Florence. The place for rendez-vous is not very accessible and I found it a bit expensive.

Bus left on time, arrived on time. I could catch my flight:). The driver missed the route on the highway and he suddenly stopped. We thought we hit something or had an accident. He did not say a thing. Some tourist dropped his phone to the front of the bus. Then he started to reverse on the highway for about a 100 meters to get back on the good road. Finally no one got injured but this was a bit strange.

The drivers should know english. The tickets should can be modified easy. Nice bus. I made an error at the order. I wanted to go from Firenze to Bologna airport but I ordered from Bologna airport to Firenze. Me and other 2 persons. Your email was saying that I couldn't cancel or modify the tickets. So I had to call to the Appennino office and speak with an italian guy to save my 60 euros. It wasn't very simple. I am very angry about it. The drivers also were not speak english. Very bad.

A little expensive but reliable. The driver is polite. The bus was on time-the speed was crazy especially on the italian tidy roads.. -20 euros is more than my plane ticket - it is written that i have to print the ticket while you accept it on pdf. I was stressing if it will be ok or what.

A very good choice to go from Bologna Airport to Florence. Good price and comfort! The price was reasonable. We would have paid the same with getting a bus and a train to get to Florence, but with this bus we earned a lot of time. Everything was ok.

Economic. punctual and economical service. the webpage says that you don't need to print your ticket, just show from your phone. However, when you bought the ticket, they send a email that says that you need to print it! is a nuisance for a traveler. Also, reach the bus terminal could be a bit confusing.

The bus came on time and the ride was very enjoyable and fast. The fact that the scheduled hours were respected. It was probably only our bad luck, but there was a couple fighting behind us during our ride and they were kind of loud..

Smooth ride, if a bit late. Clean bus, easy to book online. The driver was less than friendly, almost rude. Your website and ticket confirmation provides WRONG information as it is not possible to gain access to the train station and walk along platform 16. It has not been possible for years a d yet you still have not updated the website. Finding the place from SM Train station is VERY DIFFICULT. You should have a well designed map that shows the way to the pick up point. Also, the confirmation asks to print the reservation which is NOT required. A copy of the email confirmation is sufficient so again wrong/ misleading information is provided.
