The service is 5 star. But.. The service itself is 5 star. But Aircoach T&C's is senseless. While buying online, something went wrong and after I clicked 'PAY' it threw a message "Gateway timeout" and the page froze. So I decided to refresh and try again.. How wrong was I. The second attempt worked well. It said "confirmation email was sent". Checked my email, and "what.? The service itself is 5 star. But Aircoach T&C's is senseless. To both Dublin Airport and back home to Cork were both fantastic trips. The drivers on both trips were most helpful especially when there was a delay from the airport to Cork I would definitely use the service again. There really wasn't anything.

My suitcase got stuck in the doorway and dragged along the motorway… totally broken. The driver was kind and polite. Except a full refund!! I haven’t heard from the company !
