In general it was fine, they came and arrived on time more or less. But they didn’t turn on the AC and said it’s broken. Also the boat was jumping so much on the waves, that even I stayed with nausea, which never happens 😃

It was organised chaos, to be quite honest. Nothing to do with the cruise guys though! The port at Gili T is manic at any time and they did so well, looked after everyone!
Gili T Port is so chaotic and then you have to fight your way trough the crowd to pay harbour tax. Boat operator should include harbour tax in the ticket (it is only 10k) and provide harbour tickets at check in. Would really speed up things.
Reached Nusa Penida during low tide. People had to change to smaller boats which took very long time. Some people hat to wade knee deep water...be prepared.
We started the trip almost 1hour late. The boat was confortable and workers were really nice and helpful. They offered water and pills for the sickness. Which was a great idea because in one part of the trip we had really bad wages. The boat was supposed to have AC, but the truth is that no, or it was not working. Due to the bad wages, we had to close all the windows and it was quite uncomfortable due to the hot inside the boat.
Check in was very efficient, although not the carrier's fault there were issues getting to the boat, the escalator was broken, the marina had all broken boardwalk and unsafe. From getting on the boat there was limited space. From the time we were on the boat there was a strong smell of fuel, and it made me quite ill. After the first drop we loaded more people and I honestly believe there were more people than the boat could actually carry and it was quite crowded, the seating situation is tiny, there may have been 4 seats across but they are so tiny and you can hardly sit with your legs in front of you, let alone have a backpack to put anywhere. There was no briefing or housekeeping upon getting on the boat, the passengers were loaded and the door to the staff was closed.

We arrived a bit too late at the meeting point, so they helped us to skip the line and we were able to board the ferry on time. The ride was really calm and nice. Despite all the recommendations on google, we had a great experience.
The boat in both directions was very old. Water seeping in through the windows and ceiling. The bathroom was a mess. The lady who was the attendant was very nice. But the boats are barely seaworthy. We also paid the extra for the Premium Support but had nothing extra offered to us.
Also as a side note the Sanur Harbour pier decking is a disgrace.
