Kami melakukan perjalanan dari Chau Doc ke HCMC, bus berangkat dan tiba tepat waktu, bahkan lebih awal dari perkiraan. Mereka tidak terlalu bisa berbahasa Inggris, tapi setidaknya membantu. Setibanya di HCMC, kami turun di sebuah terminal bus besar, yang tampak sangat ramai, tetapi di sanalah mereka membawa penumpang ke berbagai distrik dengan bus-bus kecil, ke mana pun Anda ingin pergi. Perjalanan bus itu sangat buruk bagi kami, kami mendapat tempat duduk di baris paling belakang, yang hampir tidak cukup ruang untuk anak-anak, apalagi untuk pria dengan tinggi 190 cm. Saya merasakan setiap lubang di punggung saya dan terus-menerus membenturkan kepala saya ke langit-langit. Itu bukan salah mereka, tetapi jika Anda tinggi, berdebatlah sedikit dengan staf untuk mendapatkan tempat duduk yang berbeda.

The bus left on time. I was comfortable, but only because I'm 5'4". Wouldn't have wanted to be much taller. Didn't get any sleep because the driver was frequently beeping and talking with his buddy. We arrived early and it was great getting dropped off at my hotel upon arrival into Da Lat.

The journey itself was great. I wished the transfer between the shuttle bus and the actual bus at the bus station was organised better and finding the shuttle bus to hotels after arrival too. We were left to find out what we needed to go, while no one around spoke English.

Absolutely terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The economics of this bus are so faulty, It's literally impossible to have a rest of any kind. Rude staff, stops at places with awfully dirty toilets. In short, avoid at all cost!

Thankfully I’d read some feedback from other tourists and understood that we were initially just picked up in a van from the bus shop front and would then get dropped at the bus station and have to wait a bit longer for our large sleeper bus to arrive for the rest of the trip. Found out also that the rego on our ticket confirmed the bus we needed to board. We got the gist that we were having a quick toilet stop in the way - thankfully at clean western style toilets :) The bus itself was very comfortable and clean - my partner is almost 6’ and found he was comfortable also. We will travel with them again :)

Wen we arrived in HCMC there was NO guidance. Noone cared about where I needed to go for the included hotel shuttle, and when I asked around all I got where vague directions which didn't help much. At some point I found a nice driver whom I explained my problem via translate app and who brought me to the shuttle. Again, the shuttle didn't even ask where I needed to go. All I could do was follow the drive via gps and asking them to drop me at the street when we were closish.

Getting off at the train station in Ho Chi Minh City wasn't a good experience. Luggage was thrown onto the street and people were being chased off the bus. Other than that, it was okay.

Very comfortable bus and it was on time, it even arrived to our destination a little earlier. Check beforehand if they have a toilet, the sleeper did not, but it stopped periodically so it wasn’t an issue for me. The staff were very kind and helpful even though they spoke little English. The company offers a free pick-up service, but you need to contact them personally.

Note that staff in bus stations do not speak English. No restroom on bus, we stopped once in our 3.5 hr journey at clean facilities. Middle row of seats a bit claustrophobic, seats w windows better. "A" seats on ground level, "B" seats require climbing up 3 steps. Good experience overall

Communication was poor as we didn’t know what was going on at all. We got to the bus arrival stop 2 hours before the scheduled time which was not expected. We had to get off the coach and then onto a minibus which we didn’t understand what was happening.

This bus driver was inadequate. He drove extremely beeped all way long with the loudest horn I've ever heard. Finally the bus driver wanted to stole my luggage. He just drove away with my luggage. Cause of that I had to catch a taxi cab and chase him.

Bus itself was excellent. And free drop off from station to accommodation in Da Lat. bus staion However, 12Go confirmation said Ben xe Mien Dong not Ben xe Mien Dong MOI, the NEW bus station, which is where the bus left from. We went to the OLD bus station, as per the confirmation. Luckily the bus line runs a shuttle and they rescheduled us as we missed our booked bus by going to the wrong station. Make sure you confirm with the bus line which station you need.

Really enjoyable and very comfortable. Slippers to wear at toilet/food stops were a nice touch. Highly recommend this way to travel long distance.

We got a shuttle bus to the bus station. Our bus left on time and we arrived 45 minutes early to our destination. We were then offered another shuttle bus from Futa bus from the bus station to close to our hotel. Plus the bus was very new and the sleeper seats, really comfortable. Excellent service.

This was my first time on a sleeper bus and I was impressed. The seats are a little tight, but generally comfortable. Service was friendly and timely, we even arrived quite a bit earlier than expected.

The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend for foreign tourists as the whole check-in and boarding process is extremely chaotic and confusing. I ended up arranging my own transport to my hotel at the destination because I couldn't understand how it works.

It was.pretty.cramped because there were 3 rows and im.a plus size.lady. but the overall trip was very pleasant. We were picked up at the busbstation at 130am. Then in 30mins we were at the bigger bus depo. And at 235am we left for Dalat and arrived at almost 9am. Great value.for the price.

We were put on a minibus first to take us to the main bus depot and hour away. Nobody explained what was going on and how to get our coach connection but by using logic and common sense and reading the very small print on our ticket we worked it out ourselves and made our very nice comfy coach. Some more communication would have been better but it's their country and their language so no complaints.

Everything seemed unorganised around this trip. At the Futa office was the only place where employees spoke some English words, on the bus staff spoke 0 English. No one informed us which shuttle was going to pick us up to bring us to the bus. I had to ask myself 5 times. We were dropped off at the highway without any explanation with hundreds of others waiting for their bus. The trip itself on the sleeper bus was horrible because of the driving style of the bus driver and because he was using the ultra loud horn all night. The drop off service was again chaotic with hundreds of other people waiting for their own drop off location, but we managed to arrive well.

The nightbus was realy bad, we was in the middle row, no window an has fear to fall out. And the road was bad. No time to sleep. Is an Adventure, but we do it not again.

I had to be there at 22.20 to check in as the shuttle bus left at 22.30 do the main coach station and the coach was ready for 23.30. The security guard told me the wrong coach and the coach driver put my bag below in the luggage area but luckily another worker checked my ticket and said I was on a different coach. I think they were both heading the same way anyways. The seat was clean, the usb port worked. I found it uncomfortable and don’t sleep much. Had a toilet break at a station half way and arrived an hour early

Bus really comfortable and helpful staff. We did manage to have a nap while travelling. We recommend it.
