The boat was okey, we only arrived like 15’ later than expected. The problem was when arriving at the harbour. We were supposed to be picked up to the airport and arrive there around 13:20. We adhere just moved around telling us we will leave soon, and after more than 2h waiting they finally put us in a car. The car driver was irrespective, he laughed at your face when you tell them I paid for a service and a time that was not being followed, and the final was when he was supposed to leave us at the airport and he wanted to leave us 3 away, because he didn’t want to pay the parking. After some shouting we ended up paying the parking so we coul carb our flight. Worst experience ever. If you need to catch a flight don’t book this service.

The time listed of 1:45pm to arrive in Denpasar was wildly inaccurate. It did not list Padang bai as the port and we expected it to be Sanur. We had to skip the booked shuttle they said would take 4 hours and instead pay for a private taxi to avoid missing our flight. TOTAL TRAVEL TIME IS AROUND 6-7 HOURS THE LISTING IS WRONG

The ferry was 45 minutes late, and then went to Lombok first meaning it took more time to get to the final destination but the ferry its self was loverly. It had air conditioning and comfy seats. Then when we arrived to the port it was absolute chaos. Someone came up to us and said they were the transfer to the airport and then helped us get our bags. But then when we waked down to his car, we were told it would take us 6 hours to get home and at this point it was already 6:30pm. So we then try to order a grab and are told they cannot enter the surrounding area to pick us up and they can provide us a car but it would cost us £40. And as we had already payed for the transfer we were not impressed but felt we had no other option but to pay him to be able to get home. I understand the traffic was bad but 6 hours to do a 1 hour journey is not acceptable. We were told it would take a long time as they were still waiting for more people to arrive on other ferries, they were travelling to ubud first and traffic. This should all of been explained in the description. Won’t be booking again.
