Memesan speedboat dengan harga tambahan dibandingkan dengan feri hanya harus menunggu 60 menit di dermaga karena operator tidak ingin pergi "sebelum kita 8 lagi di speedboat". Setelah keluhan saya, kami berangkat 25 menit setelah waktu kedatangan yang diperkirakan dan terlambat 30 menit. Secara keseluruhan ini baik-baik saja, tetapi tidak dengan alasan ini.

Booked the speedboat at price addon compared to the ferry only to have to wait 60min at the pier as the operator didn't want to leave "before we are 8 more on the speedboat". After my complaints we left 25 min after the foreseen arrival time and were late 30 min. This is ok overall, but not with this reasoning.

Bus berangkat tepat waktu, bus bersih dan terawat dengan baik; pengemudi melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Hanya komunikasi di Ban Phe yang dapat ditingkatkan. Kami harus menunggu sekitar 30 menit dan tidak mendapat informasi jam berapa feri/kapal akan berangkat - namun akhirnya kami sampai ????

Bus started in time, bus was clean and well maintained; driver did a good job. Only the communication at Ban Phe could be improved. We had to wait for about 30 minutes and had no information at which time the ferry/boat will leave - but finally we arrived 👍

Bus berangkat 90 menit kemudian. Itu agak sempit untuk orang-orang tinggi. Dari Ban Phe semuanya berjalan baik. Di sini layanannya luar biasa.

The bus left 90 minutes later. It was a little cramped for tall people. From Ban Phe everything went well. Here the service was great.

The bus from Ekkamai station departed late. The staffs on the bus were not so friendly. On the way to the Rayong on the bus, we did not know what's going to happen when we get to Ban Phe pier. So, we contacted the PN group via the whatsapp and they were very friendly and supportive. They gave an excellent customer service. Once we hopped off from the bus upon arrival to Rayong, we were greeted by the staffs from PN group. From there, we did not have much trouble. PN group took care of everything. We would like to give five stars to the PN group.

We were delayed in traffic, but could still reach the bus and do our trip. The driver took an extra 300 baht from my girlfriend at the end of the trip, saying it was the wrong bus. (But right timing, company, ticket, and destination ?) bus size is not very suitable for taller people - reason for my comfort score

Easy and comfortable ride. The bus stops once for a bathroom break. The boat transfer was also easy.
