Staf sangat baik dan bermanfaat. Sayangnya bus ini menggunakan AC sepanjang waktu sehingga sangat dingin bahkan dengan selimut yang disediakan. Jika Anda naik bus ini pastikan untuk mengenakan kaus dan celana olahraga (tidak juga tipis, percayalah saya menyelamatkan hidup Anda) Saya percaya mereka juga merupakan perusahaan minuman dan itulah mengapa mereka mengatakan mereka tidak dapat menolaknya...mereka berhenti beberapa kali dan terlihat jelas bahwa mereka mengirimkan kotak. Perhentian 20m untuk makan sangat singkat dan pilihannya sangat terbatas, jadi harap pertimbangkan untuk membawa sandwich/makanan ringan/minuman di dalam tas. Ini perjalanan yang panjang dan Anda akan merasa jauh lebih nyaman. Ada pemberhentian 1 jam untuk bus perdagangan di mana kamar mandinya sama sekali tidak nyaman, jadi pastikan Anda membawa kertas dan desinfektan. Mereka memberikan 2 air dan beberapa kue yang enak. Staff was good and helpful. Unfortunately the bus is on FULL AC the whole time so it was incredibly cold even with the blankets provided.If you do take this bus be sure to wear sweatshirt and sweatpants(not thin either, believe me I'm saving your life) I believe they are also a beverage company and that's why they say they can't turn it down...they make some stops and it was obvious that they were delivering boxes. The 20m stop for food is very short and very limited on options so please consider taking some sandwiches/snacks/drinks in a bag. It's a long trip and you'll be way more comfortable. There is an 1hour stop to trade buses where the bathroom is anything but pleasant so also make sure you take some paper and desinfectant.
They give 2 waters and some cookies which was nice. Ferry Trip is was chill, don't sit upstairs by the exhaust for the view.. you'll have fumes in your face and it's waaaay louder. + You can walk freely through the Ferry once it takes off so no point, you'll have view the whole time.

Friendly, fast and uncomplicated. Just sometimes need to wait what’s going on. But would do it again. Very cold at the bus. Small seats on the left side of the bus.

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

People in the agency in Bangkok are not nice at all. We stopped only once in 11 hours in the bus. We arrived late so we had to rush to the boat, and couldn't get the top because so many cars blocked us. Otherwise, the bus is quite comfortable but it would be nice to wash the blankets sometimes.

It was a bit chaotic at every stop. Getting on the bus, getting from the bus to the ferry and getting off the ferry.
Especially getting on and off the ferry and the final destination could be a lot better coordinated. People lining up to get on are in the way of people trying to get off, and when the staff tries to do something about it, it's already wayyyy too late.

The ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

It was very very cold. Some ppl ask attendant to make it less cold but nothing changed. To go to koh phangan you have: sleeping bus, then you change for a normal bus, and then you have something like tuk tuk at the end.
