My partner and I are from NZ and booked this instead of taking the boat across, which we heard can be unpleasant in choppy seas and busy. This was a great choice, 5 hours of easy driving and a couple of restroom breaks. One bus change over but that was fine. Second bus A/C wasn't working too well but it was only for an hour of two. Quick trip across with the ferry and even taxi options offered by the driver when we got to Lanta. Would use again.
