Dominik KHad to switch vans 3 times from Ninh Binh to Hanoi airport. Drivers were okay to crazy with no seatbelts in one van. Overall okay, but nothing to really recommend.

Rhiannon RThe transfer that took us to Hanoi had no idea they needed to take us to the airport, despite booking this. We were transferred downtown to the office and then had to wait for 27 minutes for another car to take us to the airport, despite being told it would only be 5 minutes. Would have preferred to take a taxi from the train station and save the hassle on our way to the airport. The staff were friendly but did not provide information and left us guessing. Made it to the airport with enough time, but seemed unorganized.
