Gemma HThis was the worst bus journey I’ve ever been on. The seat did not recline. There were still crumbs of food all over it from the previous person. The man sat next to me was obese and took half my seat too and was crushing me into the window. Everytime he fell asleep he kept leaning on me and had to keep pushing him off. He should have been given 2 seats as it’s not fair on other people. I had to sit for 12 hour wedged between the window and the man. There was drips of water coming from the air conditioning vents which was like a form of torture having drips of water falling on your head every 5 minutes. The locals had absolutely no consideration for anybody else. They played loud music on their phones all night and computer games so the noise was unbearable. They need rules set by the driver that they should be quiet. They smoked all the way through the journey even though there were small children on the bus and non smokers. They need some education on passive smoking and smoking on public vehicles. More stops should have been made so people could use the toilets as the one in the back was disgusting and impossible to use as the driver was throwing the bus all over. The driver drove way too fast and kept throwing the vehicle around bends I did not feel safe at all. The bus set off at 7:30pm and did not stop till 2:30am for a toilet break. I booked a return Journey but ide rather walk from ache to Medan than go through that hell again.
