All in all we had a good experience. Our bus just wasn't on time, which is okay but a bit annoying if you're told to arrive at least 30 Minutes before departure. No toilets on the bus, one stop on the way where we had to pay for the toilet. Bus was very clean and the cabins were comfortable.

I got E-mail from 12 go that the bus will late about hour and a half but actually the bus was late about 3 hours. They texted me by whatsapp but not clearly I had to keep waiting. When 2.3 hours passed there was a car took you from the airport to bus station (very bad location) and I had to wait for the bus around half and hour The window shade full of dust. The electric bed was broken so it could’t adjust the level you and only lay down

We book for 2 tickets from Hanoi to SaPa. The bus is late for only 10 minutes. Having 1 rest area stop along the routes It's a good experience using this bus

We booked the Laman because they said the have wifi and we really needed to be able to connect to some meetings. Wifi did not work, we asked the workers, they said they will check it but never did and never gave us feedback about it.

The Saoviet travel bus was pretty nice and clean. The driver and the others helping facilitate the ride not so much. Grumpy and rude. Except for the ticket lady, she was nice. Would recommend a different bus company.

Our trip was fantastic! Even if we got late because of the delay of the airplane, the driver was waiting for us. Very comfortable trip, the bus was clean, great experience!
